Got the Munchies For a Post Bedtime Snack??

Had a wonderful snack last night before bed. Wanted to share it with you.
I love eating things that make you feel clean and refreshed inside. And trust me this was just as filling and delicious as a Big Mac, So next time your hungry, or snackish, and find yourself reaching for the Hot Pockets. Ice cream. Bag of Doritos. Or Something full of preservatives and MSG...Just stop and make yourself something easy, & healthy and it just takes 5 minutes.

*Grapes
*Bananas
*Apples slices
*2 teaspoons of honey
*Granola
*Pinch of Cinnamon
  and Mix....



You can make enough for one person. Or you can make enough to have for breakfast with a fried egg, bacon, toast, and a side of yogurt.
